NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT 

Your first appointment includes a consultation and will be a minimum of 1h 15m. 

• $25 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT + FEES (in-studio service)

  • Non-Refundable Deposit + applicable fees REQUIRED at service confirmation; paid via VENMO or PAYPAL.Your studio deposit can be applied to your total service cost; or reserved for future bookings at your discretion; after six consecutive appointments the deposit requirement will be waived .

  • Prebooking is highly recommended, and is available for up to six weeks in advance.

SERVICE POLICIES

• CASH PREFERED or DEBIT/CREDIT WITH 5% FEE​

  • All work is guaranteed for 14 days, please contact us right away with any concerns regarding your service.  All services are NON-REFUNDABLE. ​

• Cancellation & Non-Refundable Deposit

  • Minimum 24hr cancellation or reschedule notice REQUIRED.

    • Applies to the client and the artist

    • You will forfit your non-refundable deposit if you miss or cancel your appointment beyond the 24hr cancellation window.  In the event the studio artist must cancel your appointment beyond the 24hr cancellation window; a $25 service credit will be applied to your next service.

  • Late arrivals beyond 15-minute grace period may be cancelled; any related deposits + fees will be NON-REFUNDABLE; per artist discretion.

• Enhancement & Maintenance​

  • ​All services beyond the four (4) week maintenance period will be considered a FULL SET service; per artist discretion.

  • IMPORTANT! Please arrive at your appointment with bare nails.  To ensure the highest quality of our services we will not work on nails that have existing enhancements of any kind.  Please be sure to book a REMOVAL if you will arrive with enhancements; failure to comply may result in an additional $25 inconvenience fee in addition to the cost of removal.
